EVO Financial is a commercial funding broker, not a lender or direct funder. We connect businesses with independent third-party funding partners, and we may be paid by a funding partner when a business we refer is funded.
Merchant cash advances
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of a business's future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan, line of credit or extension of credit.
Approval and pricing
Approval, amount, factor rate, payment schedule and other terms are set by each funding partner after its own review and are not guaranteed. Final terms are provided in a written agreement from the funding partner before you sign.
Factor rates and the calculator
A factor rate is not an interest rate or an annual percentage rate. The funding estimator and calculator show illustrations only and are not a quote or offer. Early payoff discounts shown in the calculator are examples; whether a discount is available, and how much, is set by the funding partner. The lowest factor rates are reserved for the strongest files.
Timing
Decision and funding times shown on this site, including decisions in as little as 1 hour and funding in as little as 24 hours, are general estimates. They vary with the completeness of the file, verification, the funding partner's review, business hours and bank processing. Timing is not guaranteed.
State disclosures
Where state law requires it, including in New York and California, your funding partner provides commercial financing disclosures before you sign. Funding availability varies by state.
